DIRECTOR & FOUNDER
ALICIA CARBALLO
She began her professional career as a lawyer providing legal advice in contests and bankruptcies at the Urien-Pertiné-Durañona and Vedia-Achával-Uriburu law firm and at the Ministry of Economy for the companies of the Greco Group. He directed the franchise management of Deli France S.A. - Delicity- with the achievement of 44 franchises granted-. Since 1995 he worked in different national and international Head Hunting companies, Seminarium Head Hunting-Accord Group, Transearch Argentina S.A. and Valuar Human Resources Consultant. In 2001 he created his own consulting firm. Speaker at the Business Lawyers meeting - IDEA 2006 "Lawyers and growth."Lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, Patent and Trademark Agent, Official and Family Mediator. "HR Management", CEMA University. Married, mother of 3 children.
CO-FOUNDER
MANUEL GONZÁLEZ BALCARCE
Trabajó para Accenture en el área de Recruiting, asistiendo en la búsqueda y selección de perfiles internos de IT y gerenciales. Trabajó también para Alicia Carballo & Asociados llevando a cabo el proceso de selección de candidatos de alto perfil.
Posee estudios en Administración de Empresas, y amplia experiencia en el área comercial, contribuyendo en la formación de equipos de ventas para empresas de retail.
Actualmente se encuentra concentrado en el desarrollo de Ahead Consulting junto a Alicia Carballo y Federico Padula, contribuyendo en el área comercial y de selección de candidatos.
CO-FOUNDER
FEDERICO PADULA
Licenciado en Psicología, recibido en la Universidad de Buenos Aires, Analista de Sistemas recibido en ORT, Abogado en Universidad de Ciencias Sociales y Empresariales.
En 2023 decide junto a Alicia Carballo y Manuel González Balcarce fundar AHEAD Consulting.
Actualmente se encuentra focalizado en aplicar sus conocimientos para el desarrollo de Ahead Consulting, en pos de contribuir al crecimiento y asistencia del capital humano en las organizaciones de modo eficiente, brindando asistencia en el área tecnológica, comunicacional y de selección de candidatos, y a los fines de brindar un servicio actualizado a las necesidad de un entorno dinámico y cambiante.
